The Executive Director provides overall vision for the philosophy and themes, spiritual and practical guidance, and the primary speaking at the services. Our Executive Director is Rick Boyes, Gateway Church’s Lead Pastor.
The Producer conceives of the framework for our weekend services, giving oversight to WEST and the team directors, and designing the services with the design team. Our Producer is Tim Schwindt, Gateway Church’s Music & Creative Director.
The Administrator assists the Producer in the direction of WEST, including taking notes, keeping records, communicating to the Design Team and the Production Team coordinators, and organizing and delegating tasks. Our Administrator is Nicki Frederiksen.
The Design Team conceives of creative ideas, determines the various elements of the weekend services, designs the services, and carries out associated tasks. Our Design Team is currently made up of: Blair Mercer, Angela Mercer, Dave Cameron, Janine Buckles, Ellen Bueso, Larissa Klassen, John McDonald, Nicki Frederiksen and Tim Schwindt.
The Services Director provides direction for the entire Production Team during the weekend services and communicates with the various directors of the team.
